Medical allowances: Lower bills for Punjab govt officers

Punjab govt has increased medical allowances of all government officers from grade 1 to 21.

ISLAMABAD: Punjab government has increased medical allowances of all government officers from grade 1 to21. A notification in this regard has been issued by the provincial government. The decision will be applicable from April 1, the notification said. According to the notification an increase of Rs1,500 has been given to officers of grade 1 to 5, Rs1,900 for grade 6 to 9, Rs2,000 for grade 10 to 12, Rs2,500 for 13 to 16, Rs5,000 for grade 17 and 18 and Rs7,000 for grade 19 and above.
