KOTLI: The Indian army on Saturday allegedly violated the ceasefire along the Line of Control (Loc) in Nakial Sector, Azad Kashmir, by firing across the border and killing one Pakistani soldier besides injuring a woman, Express News reported.
The incident follows two consecutive days of firings across the LoC that have resulted in the deaths of at least four army personnel.
On Friday, Pakistan had summoned the Indian High Commissioner to lodge a strong protest against the killing of two Pakistani soldiers (Captain Sarfraz and Sepoy Gul Wahab) and the injury of four others (including civilians) from unprovoked firing along the LoC from the Indian side of the border.
Cross border incidents of firing across the sensitive LoC have heightened tensions between the two nuclear armed neigbhours and have prompted world concern.

@ Gp65: Can you enlighten what were the reasons for demand of Pakistan (by muslims) if it was not religion? Why we could not achieve peace between two nations after 67 years if it is not religion? When you dig deep, you will find the first and foremost factor to be the religious and sectarian hatred (in addition to racial, cultural, economic, political etc) for all the examples you gave in your comment. And also, there was no religion when humans evolved on this planet.
If India wants war, lets take it to their country! But beware them, Indian may not find a hiding place this time!

Go and read the news in all world channels including CNN and BBC when 5 Indian soldiers were Killed by Pakistan army - August 6th- August 8th/2013 and the useless reaction of Pakistan Foreign minister and the Pakistani media who blamed the Indian media for over reacting and charged Indian media for spreading anti Pakistani feelings. The least was done by one and almost all majority in Pakistan except Mr Nawaz Shariff who was in Saudi Arabia and on return to Pakistan condemened the killing of 5 Indian soldiers. Now Pakistan is releasing Indian fishermen after big hue and cry in India & Indian army is forced to retaliate by killing Pakistani soldiers. What many idiots in India are reacting to this is only 4 Pakistani soldiers have been killed yet against 5 of India- Unfortunately; there is no winner in a tit for tat situation. LOSE LOSE for both sides when the AAM JUNTA in India does not want Indian Prime minister to go and talk peace with Pakistan in New York. Now Pakistan is trying to cover up their act. NO USE> TOO LITTLE TOO LATE.

I dont find it as highly logical as all the rest that you had said.
If multiple religions were not permitted , means only one will be permitted. Doesnt mean that the one allowed religion is logically the one which came into existance first.
If we discuss this statement any further , the discussion becomes a religious debate.
All I want to say is that if only one religion was agreed upon , then one cant just say that it would be the oldest one to come into effect.

Our soldiers paid with their lives, and these "leaders" made a mockery out of it. Since ET seems to have blocked my comment. I repeat again - LoC is no Jalalabad or Kabul or Kandahar. All deaths are to be mourned, but to expect our Army to take its dead lying down was a wishful thinking to start with. Indian Army is not Pakistani public. Accountability will be enforced.

There are people on both sides that don't want peace in the region.They seem to forget that any war between the neighbors is quickly going to turn into a nuclear-fiasco,and then there would be nobody left to talk peace or war.

I am a pakistani........I know this madness should stop....but clap is always done by both hands and if pakistan tries to clap by single hand than it will have to suffer.....I think if pakistan can have non-state actor...than india can have nonstate ......Then pakistani's should think this is done by India's nonstate actor's........may allah/bhagwan/jesus/ahmadi SAW who ever pakistani's beleive should rest that innocent soul in peace....Indian general this time is not like other generals......he beleives in retaliation........if pakistan does another kargil....than even nuclear arsenal is not going to help this time...world has known the truth about pakistan.....

This will continue until the winter sets in. There will be many attempts from Pakistan's side to infiltrate terrorists to India and India this time is taking pro-active action. Once the winter sets in, infiltrations becomes difficult and these firings will stop.
Pakistan should teach Indians a lesson on LOC, now - this madness is getting to a point that a common citizen in Pakistan is developing negative feelings toward India & Indians ... India definitely needs to grow up and for the sake of elections and votes this attitude can create more problems between two countries ...

This madness needs to stop in 21st century. India is heading into polls and is counting on anti Pakistan votes. In Pakistani election this year there was no mention of anti india rhetoric. India needs to grow up.
